How fast will I hear back?

Requests that land during business hours get a call back the same day, usually inside a couple of hours. Anything after 7pm is answered first thing the next morning. If water is coming in right now, call instead of typing.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes, including the photos, the written report and a straight repair-or-replace recommendation. You only pay if you approve work, and nothing gets scheduled without your say-so.

Do I need to be home for it?

It helps, because Carlos walks you through the photos at the end and answers questions on the spot. If you cannot be there we send the report and call you through it line by line.

Will you handle my insurance claim?

We document the damage, meet the adjuster on the roof and file supplements for anything missed. You stay in control of the claim; we handle the paperwork and the arguing.

What areas do you cover?

Houston and the surrounding metro, plus most of North Texas. If you are outside that we will tell you straight rather than drive out and pad the quote to cover the mileage.
