• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property, roof, attic, driveway, gates, electrical outlets, and work areas as needed.
• Tell us about known hazards, leaks, electrical issues, structural problems, pets, tenants, access restrictions, HOA rules, permitting concerns, solar equipment, satellite equipment, fragile landscaping, or other conditions that may affect the work.
• Move vehicles, valuables, patio items, breakable items, and other property away from work areas when requested.

Payments, Cancellations, And Project Changes

Payment terms, deposits, draws, balances, accepted payment methods, cancellation rights, refund terms, and change orders are governed by the written estimate, invoice, or contract for the project.

If you request changes after approving a scope, those changes may require a written change order, updated pricing, revised material ordering, revised scheduling, or additional payment. Missed appointments, lack of access, weather delays, material delays, or unsafe conditions may affect scheduling.

Financing, Credit Repair, And Insurance Claim Support

Texas Roof Advisor may refer customers to third-party financing, lending, or credit repair providers. Approval, rates, terms, fees, credit pulls, disclosures, payments, and all financial obligations are controlled by those third parties and their documents. Texas Roof Advisor may help document roof conditions and coordinate roofing information for an insurance claim when you ask us to do so.
